Specially elfy is a killer. And the best part is, rather elfy on double tape ruins the bonding properties of double tape as well. The elfy gets absorbed in tape making it useless and forming a solid chunk of the tape which then rather separates from both surfaces itvwas supposed to bind together.

I personally hate air press because they create stupid wind noise at higher speeds

What kind of traction control does Civic has? Does it redistribute power from one wheel to the other if one is spinning, or does it completely cut off power from the engine to both wheels even if one is spinning?

Its not gonna effect Civic and Grande because both don’t fall in 1800cc + category. The FED is only valid for cars with higher engine capacity and secondly it affects imports cars as far as I know

Most of the time when i put my car from P to R it makes a sound like it struggles to get out of the lock and sometime i have to press the accelerator to take it out of the lock. has anyone faced this thing too?

Recommendations needed regarding Black Color. Is glass coating beneficial? I have time to Wax my car Once a month. Is waxing a good idea or glass coating ?
also kindly explain different types of coatings as i am really confused about different brands claiming different life span and quality of glass coatings?

It happened in my jdm Alto but only two or three times. When i accelerate it suddenly pick speed.

This happens when you don’t engage a parking brake after you park in an automatic car before you remove your foot from the brake. This way the stopping action falls on the transmission instead of the parking brake and the wheels get locked totally at the force of transmission. That is why when next time you shift from P the previous lock of transmission which was stuck earlier is felt to be released.

Doing so will also prematurely ruin the gearbox. Always your last step before getting out of a car should be removing your foot from the brake pedal. Always engage parking brake after putting in P and before removing the foot from brake and follow the same procedure while starting motion of a car. First thing after you get in is press the brake pedal and keep it pressed untill you are giving the car motion in a gear.

To cut it short, a car should not rely on transmission when stationary but rather on parking brake or brake pedal.

Another issue dear as I removed the battery from car then installed it again due to some cleaning .......but after that I oberve an issue. When ever I use cruise and use brake on 120 km/h and drop the speed to 100 km/h and then press res+ to get 120km/h again by cruise system it goes very fast like rpm jumps to 4000 and goes to even 6000 and suddenly drop to 2000 after getting 120km/h ....... previously it goes very smoothly and slowly.........did the car lost some setting due to removal of battery or its something else. I observed this on plane road not on any elevation.....thanks

If you can maintain it yourself , then get good quality waxes

Else glass coating is good especially for dark colour

As far as i know the parking brake should be engaged in Neutral in auto trans. then put your car in P when you are getting out of the car. And yes brake pedal should be released at the end of all.

You can engage the parking brake whenever you want, all you need to make sure is that the car isn't 'resting' on the transmission, i.e it didn't stop moving because of the transmission.
