If you drive it with love and care, it does give that average. gives me between 14.5 - 15.5. properly calculated. with AC. within city.

All 2018 models have red lights now. not white. I recieved mine in April 2018. I am not sure about the ones between Jan-March. But, I guess they changed it in the start of this year.

What's the 0-100 timings for the 1.8L Civic? Mine is doing it in 10.1 seconds, looks pretty sluggish to me.

can someone please tell me a few things
what is the purpose of brake hold and P, i am assuming that P is parking brake as in JDMS. but how to use brake hold? is it like if we are in a traffic signal, in D, put in on brake hold, remove foot from brake, and when green light, accelerate? or something else

Also, can be change gear while driving from D to S, or the car has to be stationary?

That is exactly what its for.

And yes, you can change gear to S from D while driving.

You can, but avoid doing so on high speeds, otherwise the RPM will go up suddenly.
