I have civic 1.5T.
Recently I noticed that the car's RPMs are slightly higher than usual and I feel that the acceleration of the car has decreased than before when it was new.
The odometer reading on my car is 17000 km.
What could be the reason?
All maintenance is done periodically from Honda.

Hey guys. My Dad bought a new Civic 1.8 IVTECH Oriel (fully loaded) recently and the software version on the navigation head unit is 4.2.2. I'm a little confused as to why this is the case because I've seen 4.4.2 being mentioned in some places and on Tracking World's website. I'm wondering what's the scene here. Did our particular civic accidentally get fitted with a slightly older software version model? Also, whatever be the case, is it possible to update the software either on my own, through the dealership or Tracking World? Should I get the unit itself replaced by Honda with a 4.4.2 version? I know 4.4.2 is still pretty old but I reckon I should at least be getting whatever latest version's available for the car. Anyone else experienced this? Hoping you PakWheelers can help me out here.

First dent or scratch on new car is as same as breakage of first love relationship...sorrow and pain....similarly in later life so many breakage then you don't feel a lot....so wait until some other dent or scratches appear and trust me you would feel and notice that to least....

After 7th Gen Eagle eye I am moving back to civic that was 7 years ago, I loved eagle eye's acceleration It was manual VTI tho and that shifting from 1st to 2nd gear at high rev was epic.

.....Driving 10th Gen you will feel a lot difference and that would be positive. I also drive Civic X Oriel very smooth drive. I personally like that. 8th and 9th Gen engine is same as in current 10th Gen Civics. Civic X R18 engine despite 13 years old but still very nice and quick though not as piercing as new technology of Earth Dream Engine of 1.5 Turbo.

WHITO..... Keep 01 Whito Pen from your stationary.... Best solution for White cars ... Both Grande and Civic. Super white

Nial polish is better its gives a bit shine + doesn't peel off easily. The WHITO or Blanco gets rough and dry after washes. However hard to find a matching nail polish for super white

For these kind of niks and dings Whito is best suited especially its color is by chance blended with the White of Corolla and Civic....... Not suitable for for long scratches....

I bought it from 10th gen civic page. Talked to him he told me these fanless are best availble. Sold by name m6. Also told me cree chip are not copied till

I hope your problem is solved. I was talking to a mechanic recently who informed that he as received several such complaints on new Civic, where the issue was resolved by greasing and oiling of suspension parts. Its not very expensive solution but I don't think Honda 3S will do this for you. Find a good mechanic and have it done in your presence.
