Hi guys and Salam Alaikum. Firstly thankyou all who helped me with tips and info about my suspension noise situation. Apparently there is NO isssue as per two visits to Honda SITE , Karachi . Suspension is is top form and as per standard all nuts and bolts etc have been fully retorqed to OEM specs.

Since the noise was still there and minor , after further inspection, it was found out to be the damn wheel cap (yes i have a base model civic) .

The wheel cap has been hitting the drum due to defect in the cap and has been making noises when the wheel turns.
Honda advised me to get rims and to keep warrenty stick to oriel rims and stock tyres .

So i guess i will do that . Hit me up if anyone has OEM rims for sale and if possible what are good stock spec tyres for civic .

Why doesn't Honda replace your defective wheel cap under warranty? It seems they diagnosed the issue themselves. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes they did diagnose the issue themselves. As far the wheel cap is concerned due to harsh road conditions in SITE area (getting worse by the day) they reccomended to go for alloy wheels because the stock drum will deform again . Currently not only the cap is at fault but the drum has been deformed aswell. Idk how and when but i do know , i do my very best to go over bumpy and rough roads cautiously even though i get the worst stares and constant honking by aggressive traffic behind me (as if they are running for president and are very late to run the country ) . So i agree with them to an extent but not fully to get alloys that are stronger and can take bad roads .

I know what SITE is like, it is a nightmare. Doesn't your civic have rear disc brakes? Which other drum are you talking about.
I would not suggest after market alloys, they are of low quality and at risk of cracking specially on rough roads of SITE. As you mentioned, your best bet is OEM alloys taken off a new car. Your tyres are already company spec and will fir the OEM alloys. But if the potholes have deformed your steel wheel and the plastic wheelcaps, then I'm not sure how well alloys will fare, even if they are OEM.

Talking about the wheel drums . The ugly looking covered by the wheel caps lol . They are not fully deformed but to and extent they have that is causing the caps to go bad and casuing noise on uneven road . Il stick to OEM rims but out of curiosity what are good comfortable tyres for civic based on experience? Keeping specs same advisable or should the tyre dimensions be compromised for better comfort? For OEM rims il have to stick to similar tyre specs as the BG but if i can get better tyres in the same spec that would be great. Yokohamas on civic ? I have DBs on city and they are wonderful .

They are simply called steel wheels (the black bland wheels). For tyres, you will get as many suggestions as there are members. But considering the area you travel to, don't go for really soft tyres like Advan DB decibel, their sidewalls are too soft for such a rough road. @arkhitekt has put Yokohama C drives in OEM size and is very happy. Likewise, he has also used Dunlop FM800 on corolla (not sure if it is available in Civic OEM size). You may also try Continentals from TyrePoint at Metro, they are the official dealers.

Steering was removed.. disassembled.. controls and trims were taken off.. it took 3 hrs for the whole process

My odo was 2700, when i got 5k service done and now car sitting on 4200km and already past due 10k, will take my car this mondayto dealership, as per warranty manual its either time or km which ever come first

Aoa guys, i have an interesting question.
Is there any way we can program Turbo Key (with remote start) to Oriel and get the Remote start function aswell.????
