I need views regarding selection of civic color....i am to decided among white, maroon and silver..i want to know which one is better for durability, less apparent scratches and resale. silver has one positive that it goes unnoticed so ap ki car ko nazar lagnay ka chance kam hay

i am planning to buy civic hardtop in first week of february? should i wait expecting price decline?

Longest durability is Silver but silver has a drawback that it doesn’t match in repaint and usually if you need to paint one door for example the workshop paints entire side to match.

Dark colors need twice-thrice more cleaning than White and Silver so less durability and more efforts.

Due to these factors I ended up buying White for myself and regarding white getting pale, no its not true. If you keep waxing white it doesn’t get pale and the easiest color to match with no swirls getting visible in regular cleaning

Unless government reduces fed, I highly doubt these looters will reduce price. Like I mentioned Dollar went down 10 Rupees and these b^^*#%ds didn’t decrease a single penny. Rather they have increased prices

whether scratches/dents are more visible in silver color or white color?

I was also confused between white and silver, than I went for silver because it gives more shine than white and white color was too common when I bought in September 2018. I use scratch out for scratches, shampoo for car wash at service station and spray wax on wet cloth for normal cleaning. After 15 months car still shine as new mashallah.

Silver. I would advise to visit any showroom to see it . Then choose whichever as per liking

A deep scratch is less visible in Silver but for swirls both are same rather white slightly better for swirls

I also booked silver but just because of Color matching issue went for White and changed at the last moment. Even some 0 meter cars had visibly different shades between bumper and body

Even Honda 3S have SOP for silver repaint to overspray the non damaged parts as well and blend it. My friend’s one door was damaged and Honda Fort sprayed the entire side of the car.

Gloss and reflections are Superior in silver
Swirls seem less prominent in silver
Metallic flakes gives a refreshing feel during detailing

Honda Atlas guys are thugs of the highest order.
This whole new launch of turbo Oriel Civic Oriel Turbo whatever is another attempt by the shady management to dupe naive customers. Ripping off goodies from Turbo RS and just switching 1.8 engine of Oriel with turbo 1.5 and adding in a cool 5 lacs extra even when they should rather be looking to reduce prices.
Shameless bunch of bandits! Atlas should compete with Bheria town for the crown of the shadiest company in Pakistan!!

I think they are into superstitions and as @arkhitekt pointed out, it's more of a good luck charm act by adding the "maaarkeeeeet" word Oriel to turn their luck around . As you still see new FL Oriels, turbos are only ones from the old batches. Obviously the new turbo is way too expensive for what it's worth.
