Can I drive honda factory fitted tyres for a year and so and thereafter change it? factory tyres will give equal comfort in first year as yokohama advance db or continenttal CC6 or the compromise is from first day (so i better change tyres on the first day of receiving car)?

My humble advise.
Go for honda leather seats. Honda seats from 2019 onwards have been completely re-cushioned. They are much fluffier and softer than previous ones till 18.
Leather quality is also good but you need to Understand that use of cheap shiny interior cleaners will spoil your leather. Take example of a leather shoes, if you dont use proper shoe polish, the shoes will look weird. So, you need to use a good seat cleaner like Meguiars one. I can bet your seats will remain brand new.
I have 2019 seats and they still look new and smell fresh just bcoz of the proper care.
The ustaads will rip apart your interior and will try to do many jhatkas to make ur interior look OEM but remember, oem leather interior looks and feels totally different and way premium.
Honda leather is not bad and its pretty good. Go for it and just take care of it like your leather shoes. Dont use cheap cleaners and don't clean them every week, just dry dust them and apply Meguiars cleaner once in a month. Ur interior will stay brand new.

On day 1 of your brand new car you will fetch 20-25k for the Factory fitted tyres and after an year you will be buying new tyres without getting any discount ir adjustment of old tyres

Installed in 2016 in Oriel and they are look and feel brand spanking new and more comfortable than my leather Turbo.

Oh yes perfect. You do have to stand on their heads to make sure all is going according to plan but generally the tailor is good.

Conti UC6, install those, can’t go better than that. Long lasting & better sidewall in comparison to Yokos.

In my vast experience with Advans, always ended up premature side wall damage on them. The worst ever sidewalls on any tyre are found on these overrated Advans. Can’t comment on the new 552 pattern and won’t ever get them to comment on them either after repeated experience of 551 damage on multiple sets and multiple cars

Oh yes. In the past I only concentrated on the tread pattern and other things about a tyre totally disregarding the sidewall as a possible deal maker or breaker but then having seen the difference, it’s a no brainier.
