Thanks for the details reply. First of All I am from Lahore, I have already visited a mechanic who removed the engine belt to disable the AC etc. and then start the engine to make sure sound is from inside engine and yes sound was from inside engine something like he said "Main Veegun, kuch esa he kaha tha". The same words were from 2 other mechanics.

After all the R&D I was planning for the following two based on engine status and ODO reading:
1-Mobil 1™ High Mileage(full synthetic for vehicles with more than 75,000 miles)
2-GTX HIGH MILEAGE MOTOR OIL(Semi-Synthetic specifically formulated for vehicles with over 75,000 miles)

1st was not available @Makki Oil change - Akbar Chowk Lahore and 2nd one was Semi-Synthetic, so I stick with Full Synthetic with Following options 10W40:
A- MICKING GOLD PRIME (Fully-Synthetic, Made in Korea)
B- ZIC X7 (Fully-Synthetic, Made in Korea)

I have MICKING GOLD PRIME 10W40 now and car picking is improving day by day.

NOTE:
Based on my experience and senior mechanics suggestion Never ever use STP.

Oh sorry didn't know you were in Lahore. "Main veegun" means main big end bearings. You should have it opened and repaired immediately before the metal floating in the oil trashes the rest of the engine.

Dear it all depends upon engine condition instead Car MAKE. One thing I can suggest do full R&D then go with FULL synthetic or at least semi-synthetic based on oil viscosity grade.

10w-40 are mainly synthetic blend not fully synthetic.
10w-40 can be used for 5-6k km maximum.

First of all, please post a video of the noise you are describing. Sounds from inside the engine only happen when there is internal damage and if that is the case, no oil or additive will fix it and it will only get worse the more you drive it. I would suggest you go to Amjad at Roadrunner behind Tooba Masjid in phase I for a proper diagnosis.

As far as oil brands are concerned, I used Zic extensively at first but I noticed it was prone to sludge buildup. Switched to Liquimoly and promptly lost a big end bearing. Amjad said stay away from that junk as the added moly has a tendency to clog the oil filter and cause low oil pressure. In any case, it is an expensive oil to run, especially if your engine consumes oil. Since then I've been running Castrol GTX. No sludge, no oil leaking through the turbo. I did bump up to 20w50 though since I have a high mileage engine. Otherwise, 10w40 is an excellent choice for our high heat conditions.

A word on synthetics and oil with extended change intervals: you can run the oil 7000, even 10000 km, BUT you MUST change the oil filter at 3000-4000 km, and the air filter at every oil change. We have a lot of airborne dust and dirt in Karachi and that eventually gets through your air filter, and past the piston rings into the oil. This is the number one reason for premature engine wear.

Brother get your throttle body cleaned. Hardly 15 minutes job with 300 Rs labor cost. Reset your ECU by disconnecting -ve terminal of the battery for 5 minutes and re connecting it.

Switch to orignal toyota taglon fully synthetic 5w-50 oil. Should cost around 2000 for 3 litres.

Yes it is thick as compared to other oils but not suitable for small vitz engine. People are satisfied with it in bigger car 1.6, 1.8 & 2.0 above engine.
I have never heard anyone using this viscosity oil in small 660cc or 1000cc cars better to go for 5w-20, 5w-30 & maximum 5w-40.

Its the smartest oil in the market currently.

it has very high fluidity at lower temperatures and minimal weight hence 5w.

It also has very high fluidity at higher temperatures and very protective nature for the engine in specifically start stop traffic of the city hence 50.

go for it. you wont regret. it also almost diminishes knocking in 1KR engines by providing extra lubrication (than usual) in all operating conditions.

I am saying that with my personal experience (not hear say).
