I think that you are a pakwheeler, even than u said something with "w" is irrelevant in Pakistan, you should must go for mental treatment if you think something of this kind, because xW is 2 things,
1 is winter, plus 2nd is starting of engine after a long delay like whole night when it's at normal or you may say it's cold, hi xW means thick oil, which is not suitable for many new cars now a days, like 0w, 5w, or 10w

If you a using car some kind of new model, than select
Brand new 0w-20 or 5w-30
100k + than 5w-40
150k or 200k than 10w-40
Api SN is best one
API SF, SG, SJ, SL, SM, SN...
SN is the newest one and suits for all whatever required by you car

Now tell me, how your engine oil will survive with 200rs oil filter till 5000kms, if you're using micking 10 40.
We are spending heavily on engine oils but these low quality oil filters are putting car engines to risk.
I am a zic user but today I got Micking 10 40 fully synthetic. Reason to switch was that there is a rumor that zic is locally packed now etc etc. Next i wanted a high mileage oil (5000kms least), as I am travelling on highways.
My opinion to change oil filter after 2500kms.
Lastly I would asked for an opinion about Micking 10 40 fully synthetic. I have corolla 2011 with 125000km mileage.
I went to Pakistan Oil Store, Badami Bagh Lahore today and bought a carton box with 4 packs of 4liter

Important info about Mitasu and Totachi Engine Oils

Mitasu and Totachi brands are being sold as Japanese origin oils and most of the people presume they are of high quality. Hello bro.dont know if your problem is solved or not,but it is highly recommended not to use stp in your car as engines now a days are meant to use synthetic oils.stp could be a disaster for the engine.here is a chart of engine oil grades based on external temperatures.
