well in thei very forum, some people claimed TW is making units.. my source said RS will have Carplay unit...so multiple news are coming and nothing is clear so far.

Not an XI buyer, but I have an X and I remember seeing the car on youtube in 2015 thinking woah these are such amazing features and I went to Honda Avenue on the launch day and believe me I was extremely disappointed when I saw the headunit . When I saw this XI gen and its screen sticking out I was like "HA! now how is atlas gonna put a stupid tw or tecno sh*tty screen" but according to what everyone is saying somehow in kaam choron ne uska bhi tareeka nikaal liya, at this point im not even disappointed im just impressed

We are getting civic in 175hp & 220nm torque, I wish it was 180hp & 240nm. Btw add Peugeot 2008 130hp and 230nm torque.

That 175HP might also be only on paper. The CIVIC XI RS will most probably carry the same tune as Civic X RS. Atlas have extensive data on that tune and the one used to fix the knocking. Just for the added info, the CIVIC X RS was tuned to around 161HP as a part of "Countermeasure knocking software update " , The spec sheet still reflected the 174 something but in reality it was detuned.

Yes I know that, I have Dyno tuned my turbo civic n later many stock RS turbo civic did dyno as well which showed less power than non RS civic turbo. Now all these civic rs has been tuned to 250+hp, many of those r my friends as well. Also I remember Honda has to change the ecu firmware in 2017-18 due to knock control, I felt instant less torque below 3k rpm on my civic turbo and the peak boost was not going over 14.5psi keep in mind it was 16+ psi back in 2016 from honda factory.

So, what number you/ your fiends were getting before the aftermarket tune ?

That's the reason, I believe the Civic RS XI will copy the same ECU tune.

Well I was doing 140+ whp on dyno back in 2017 then after firmware update from Honda it was around 130ishwhp and later same with civic rs in 2019. These civic are hard to dyno due to cvt gearbox and different fuel so not all civic were showing same numbers
Yes I believed the civic XI will be in same powerband but the L15BG engine compression has been lowered which is good news for us.

If you booked RS then no need to worry, it'll be same as current RS aka it excellent car and engine.

Yes detune for Hardtop and Oriel only ,XI RS will have same Power as X RS.

Yep since they stated M-cvt variants for HT & Oriel.
