That would not be the case this time because Honda have reorganized their global operation with shutting down their facility in Europe, discontinuing Civic sedan in Japan and some other rearrangements. Civic X hatch was exclusively made in Europe and exported BUT the Civic XI hatch will now also planned for Thailand production so, the ASEAN launch will experience a slightly delay.
Pakistan had Civic X within 7 months because an Indonesia and Thailand Civic was launched within couple of months of US launch. This time Thailand and Indonesian launch is probably by end of 2021 and then add time atleast 6 months for launch of Pakistan. Pakistan Will not introduce a Civic until its introduced by Atlas Principal and Honda Indonesia in this case.
Also keep in mind, although Civic XI has same platform as Civic X, the manufacturing need major facility upgrade and like because of aluminium roof and new robotic brazing technology requirements. This will also need more time to develop a local Civic. I think mid 2022 would be more realistic as far as Pakistan bound Civic XI is concerned.
