well the point 1 has been implemented by other car companies as well I believe in some manner , correct me if I am wrong . I am not sure what people do, but there is crack and way. Some expert will be able to answer.

I would assume they'd just get it registered and then sell. Shouldn't be much of an issue and the buyer would avoid the extra 200k tax as well. I don't see how that would affect own market much. Corollas are being booked like that as well and it hasn't stopped anything.

Registered car has low resale, also heavy amount must be paid during the registration. We see many unregistered car on sale. I think dealership itself is involved and people working at the dealership do this stuff.

Hmmm...I think that is why we are seeing a new trend, people are selling 25k kms driven unregistered cars.

The problem with that is investors would be registering multiple cars in their name and they would come in the radar of FBR. This was one of the reasons behind imposing this mandatory registration policy.

It seems that dealerships and investors have found some loophole in the process.

This is nexus of Car Mafia (Dealerships and the Company itself) and the investors. I my self had booked cars from Toyota, Suzuki and Honda without registration of the car (although they were forcing other clients for registration and guarantee cheque). Quaid e Azam is zinda baad. Also I witnessed and saw that they people (Dealerships) are offering open invoice with own money and every thing is happening under the roof of authorized dealerships. (Kutti chooroun sy milli hoi hy). All this artificial hype, Leadtime and own money (markup etc) is creation of this Car Mafia (Companies) by their selves and their touts.
