I am referring to my Honda Vezel I am using Vezel with sensing from last 5 years and didn't find any sensing setting in head unit however camera view and blind spot monitoring is dependent on Head unit.
Just for info that TW is supplier for all head units and cameras. And there is no sensing eye on front screen other than RS model.

Yes sir, the new Civic and many new current generation models of Honda have some setting in the headunit and they have an all new software on it.

So, that's was the confusion on this thread for a long time as we will have local headunit , how the sensing will be applied . We came to conclusions that RS might have imported headunit and there is also a possibility that Oriel and base model is fitted with the local supplier unit.

Bose Unit is only on USDM Touring. Its not available outside US/ Canada. It's not available in Thailand / Indonesia Malaysia, Bangladesh, Singapore

All the settings are available in meter cluster also. So even they installed Android head unit, sensing can be set from meter cluster.

Sir, as I mentioned in my YouTube video, there are some settings in the headunit and as I personally see it on USDM model.

I mentioned that all these settings are there in cluster BUT some fine tune is there in the headunit.

They might be able create a link, in grande there is also a connection between ECU and navigation which tells lot of things.

Additionally, there are already rumours of imported unit on the RS so, again as of now there is no clarity.

I am not talking about USDM model dear brother. Don't have any knowledge for USDM.
I am talking about Japanese cars which i used, driven and experienced for Honda sensing. i have Insight 2018, 2019, Vezel 2017, 2018, 2019, and now 2022 just imported some days ago. Other than these models i tried CRV Hybrid 2019, Freed 2018 and all the above cars had same Sensing systems with same Lidar and wave radars. There is no change in sensing system started from 2016 Honda till now. Again i am talking about JDMs.
And conclusion is JDM have no settings in head unit for sensing as your USDM. Sensing system is an independent system and not required any specific head unit. Sensing can be set by cluster and work independently. Stay blessed and Good Night.

We here presented the same argument few weeks ago that sensing might not require the proprietary headunit BUT then the rumor came out after dealer conference that there is an imported headunit.

Again we are not sure and just connecting dots and possiblity of local headunit is for sure there and with higher probability.

Because I believe, Phillipines gets a LHD imported from Canada or US. It's not available on RHD spec Civic.

This is technically correct. Using sensors to detect objects and give feedback to the driver. It is the first step towards autonomous driving. It is called driving assistance.

Thats is why honda sensing as standard is sooo important. Its the single most futuristic feature. Ambient lighting, LED headlights and extra speakers can always be added later on.

Atlas must have sensing as standard. Pkdm will be the first country in the world to have sensing only in one trim and that will be full of shame for atlas. Crossovers will kill the otherwise simple sedan.
