They would never create a new engine spec only for PKDM. It was either a full fat 180 like in rest of the world or 174 (which I believe it actually is) or 129 (as there is precedence for that config in SG market).

All mass market car manufacturers (I am talking about Honda here not Atlas) prioritize standardization to cut down on operating costs and have leaner inventories, training and service delivery.

rs main rear usb ports bhi nai hain, na hi rear reading lights or vanity lights, no wireless charging lol, no lane watch camera, no original honda lcd with carplay, android auto etc as many other things are a miss too .. i was a almost die hard honda civic fan but with this feature cutting move of atlas lately since past few years i am dissapointed to the core so much that i will not even consider this car will prefer so called dated toyota corolla or kia or mg over this .. and if budget allows the fortuner which is the best option ... These are my views so viewer discretion is advised lol

Simple recipe is to offer more than the competition and that's what they did here. No other car is latest here and Honda was the only company investing in new assembly line. There only competition is if IMC launches corolla. Chinese 4 wheel JF17 is required to have to some serious attention.

They are different category cars
A sedan guy would never ever go to a crossover
Sedans are fun to drive where’s crossover are for more comfort and being a youngster myself i can surely say that youngsters give more favour to sedans
Left with the features so yes atlas should’ve given features according to international market
But again how many pkdm makers here have introduced lane assist adaptive cruise and other features

yes mg which has all the features new civic got deprived of courtesy by honda atlas .. grande and xli main utna hi faraq hai jitna civicx without sunroof and rs turbo main hai and civic xi oriel and civic xi rs turbo .. apart from the two tone interior in oriel the interior of new civic looks exactly the same inside even the speedometer is same atleast xli and grande have a different meter ... atleast grande has imported tires which both civic xi and civicx lack, atleast it has sunvisor lights which again are missing from both civicx and civicxi , it has rain sensors which are not there in civicx and are given as exclusive feature in 63 lack ki civic.. and no i will not buy this even for free which is a lame statement by you anyways ... while yes wannabe showoff people like you may even pay 10 lac premium over stock price just to have new maadel civic ..lacking things even a suzuki has like 6 airbags but yeah atleast honda scam atlas has some mindless consumers to mint money off of .. and same way i have also seen people getting front grill black of oriel and putting rs badge and voila you have a rs turbo and no ones going to suscept it even the speedometers are same hahaha .
And you talk about how many pkdm auto makers are giving lane assist whatever .. also do tell me how many pkdm auto makers are giving a 55/63 lac compact sedan with only two airbags ? a sedan costing 63 lack missinh rear usb ports, local tires, no wireless charging etc etc .. in 63 lac if you think lane assist is something out of this world then i would advise you to sit in better cars then your local civic or do some research on google about consumer rights 🏻. Do keep in mind the prices of corolla , sportage, mg and the feature they offer then the price of this stripped out civic and then do the talking .

Bhai with all due respect if you can switch from a Sedan to Crossover to a 4x4 like Fortuner in one sentence just like that, then maybe you should re-evaluate your life's decision making process regarding cars.

To me that seems the bigger issue here. People who want to buy a 4x4 would not cross shop sedans and vice versa.

Fortuner is a ladder-frame chassis. Extremely uncomfortable in comparison to even cross overs like Sportage and Tucson. They are designed and built with off road capabilities.

If I am going for Civic, I would never go for Fortuner EVEN if (hypothetically speaking) Fortuner and Civic were same price.

Tuscon has android unit and no carplay / android auto. It has no active safety features as well

Yes this is oriel....bhai bewakoof loog hain jo 127 ka sun k booking cancel karwa rahay thay....this is turbo engine not R18.....plus torque is good...this new one is surely better then current X
