Sir 1400 driven and ABUSED. Also we don't know when during that 1400 kms was 0-100 time tested? In the start 100 km, middle or at end.

But more importantly it's also not clear (at least to me) in their video if it was on Sports mode or normal due to inadequate camera exposure. At least they should have shown that.

Like i said earlier, no reason to make tall claims like some people were earlier claiming that 1.6 altis will beat Oriels, etc.

if anyone wants to have a laugh he/she should go through this forum. laughter is the best medicine. having looked at the car i am of the view that this one is better made than x and will perform better. downside remains the same of entry and exit as if you're siting in a tub. i hope this time some owners will try to drive a little fast with the 1.5t unlike before. point is when no one is enjoying the turbo and no one drives the car fast then even lower hp would've sufficed. the way i see people driving some 80bhp would be sufficient for the kind of driving you see everyday

I dont get it. The oriel and Rs has almost 45HP difference while the Oriel does 0-100 in 10sec and RS in 9.46 sec. Makes no sense to me

Actually RS HP is low as compared to 176.

I looked closely and the car was in Sport drive mode. Compared it with another RS 0-100 video of Pakistan and it shows Sport written above the odometer reading on top of the D gear indicator which was the same in PW expert review. It was very hard to notice but it was in Sports drive mode.

Good observation but honestly it doesn't really matter what drive mode the car is in when it comes to 0-100 time. And I'm pretty sure PW must have done multiple runs and posted the quickest time. Safe to say the average would be around 9.5-10 seconds. And no, all these excuses about the car being abused or "abhi INJAN break in nhn hua" or it was in the wrong drive mode are just clutching at straws.

Now we have multiple videos showing the acceleration of the car. Just waiting for some idiot to do a steep downhill run while just showing the cluster and claim "ye genyan maintained car hay aur driver ko bhagani aati hay". Such clowns have the audacity to think that we are all morons 🤣
