Also has anyone noticed the insane decrease in paint quality in new Hondas? Now atlas always had mediocre paint quality, but it's especially bad on the new shape civics and cities. The orange peel is just insane. And civic and city look to have the same paint quality while quality is noticeably better on corollas compared to yarises.
I got a new model city in grey colour which looks to have much worse paint quality than my old 17 model silver city. But as the colours are not the same, I did a direct comparison with a silver new 1.2. Surprisingly my old city with just normal paint maintenance, no coating, no ppf and multiple touched pieces looked much better. Seriously insane that even dealers painted touched pieces have less orange peel than atlas factory paint now. The orange peel reminds me of once when I got the city's fender touched and didn't get it compounded for a couple weeks as per dealers instructions. The orange peel looked exactly the same.
Btw if anyone finds it irrelevant in the civic thread, I'm mentioning it here cause the new civic to my eyes has the exact same paint quality as new cities.
