Quality of road surface and the cut across the tire make me believe that the car was in high speed with respect to roadway surface and the tire damaged due to some road debris like a sharp object or a pot hole which also broke the alloy .. eventually resulted in front suspension dropping to ground and obviously damged the suspension as car remained in motion after the alloy wheel broke apart and kept dragging.
People always start blaming tires .. but that's not always the case
