Recheck car for accidents/repaints/steering rack/evaporator issue/meter reverse. Idk why but 38 seems a bit too reasonable for 17 civic. Regarding 21 civic, not at all worth 6-7Million, I have X myself but only idiots will buy this car for 6-7 Million. Sorry if hurt someones feelings... Dont know why but 3-4 people post ad for their way above market price and then slowly, every1 starts doing the same on pakwheels, we complain about new cars getting expensive lekin apne aap me jaank k nai dekhte when selling our own used cars.....

Yes market is very slow. People are demanding insane prices and almost no one is buying at those prices.

This never used to happen in US market. Actually the vehicles were sold under the MSRP. You could walk to dealership and bargain on the prices which you couldn't even think about in Pakistan.

This all changed after Covid due to supply demand gap just like in Pakistan there's artificial supply demand gap for past 30 years. This could have been easily solved by assemblers in Pakistan, but they never did which could be a sign of their involvement in this corrupt system.

So this is new in US market and yes Americans are frustrated on this because they never saw such thing before.
But the automakers are not corrupt like the assemblers in Pakistan. They are taking steps to prevent this but so far failed.

Lol businesses throughout the world are greedy, it's not just a Pakistan thing. It's usually the regulators which keep businesses in check but unfortunately most regulators are associated with some businesses. The problem is definitely worse in Pakistan but it's definitely a worldwide problem.

In covid most large businesses realised the value of what Pakistani businesses were already doing, undersupplying. Plus luxury cars have always had the "own" overcharging thing even before covid. Many other items besides cars have also been an unfortunate victim of this economic pandemic.

I'm not exactly sure which manufacturer, Mazda or Subaru, one of those 2 actually enforced dealers to comply by MSRP and now people can get those cars at msrp in USA. While Toyota and Honda have taken no such steps. Honda Japan actually has a large percentage of shares in honda atlas as well, they're definitely perfectly fine with undersupplying and overcharging.

after detail checking and inspection .. overall good but so many rusty parts i found under the hood i got a feeling right now car is doing well.

no issue so found little stiff..steering rack as history shows he changed it but i have feeling sooner this car need maintenance

and AC is not fine as it should its ok but well

so ended up i almost finalized the deal with rolla guy karachi buying that car on cash not lease through bank so yea.

i need sedan for family for normal traveling my friend has 2017 X and 1 year ago he bought at 33 lac.. shape is no doubt sporty eye catchy but after visiting so many X and insane prices..

i ended up buying a pretty slightly used almost new corolla..sigh

let me tell you ..i got 41k rebate or wteva they call after 8 months on picanto! .. yup 8 months.. dealer was . KIA baloch colony! .. my dealer told me u will receive it but just wait..

emailing will not help as per my exp..better talk to dealer.. ! he is ur dependency
