My suggestion is to keep the stock tires and change them every 3~5 years based on the condition.
Prices of imported tires are so high that it doesn't make sense to buy since both local tire and imported ones have almost same life.
No doubt you have to bear extra noise but it's your choice

i got UC5 in my 11th gen oriel. Paid 95 k in exchange right out of the showroom.

Switched to Michelin Primacy 4 today. Overall, RS feels like a totally different car compared to Oriel. I had no idea how gimped/nerfed Oriel was until now.

Is there a way to permanently deactivate/disable CMBS? It's quite annoying to have to turn it off every time I start the car.

No, its a safety feature and cannot be disabled permanently. What u can do is to reduce its sensitivity and its been 2 years, it never caused any confusion

Gte it tuned from Maxpower or get ur own ktuner. Its the best part of keeping a Civic

Recently i bought a Civic 11 gen Oriel 22 model 19k driven got it inspected and it has steering rack issue which honda says is gonna get replaced in warranty.I wanted to change the car engine oil any recommendations for any good brand and which grade should i go with and any cost idea since dealership in Quetta are looting ppl and is there anything thing besides steering that i should inspect the car for.

I suggest sticking to the official dealership for at least 75,000 KM or three years to ensure your warranty remains valid. The difference is not going to be very significant anyways.

The honda 0W-20 (Idemitsu) is good enough

Honda oem oil is best. no need to change brand. there is only one grade suitable for turbo and its 0w-20. Its idemitsu blended, excellent oil

A question do you guys thinks I'm getting in a right price this car is costing me around 78 sindh Registered since i was tired of civic x with mostly meter tempered here in quetta every next car was driven on either irani petrol or tempered meter and sky high demands with touchups

Depends on model and condition
Upgraded my white 2017 civic X ,was in the market for XI , cars here in isb started from 75 to 82 for 2022 model
Ended up buying a 2021 13k driven black civic X for 65 , it got 9.5 on pw rating just for the market idea.

Try Michelin or Hankook. Otani is a great choice too, if you want Bridgestone quality, at a much more reasonable price

Sir some property is in sight for now. There is no other option to match the drive for now. Once again, i can say that Big3 is king in selling situation even today. I really wish now Hinda gives electric seats and carplay unit. too
