Yes agreed. No jerks in the transmission which we term as the fun part. But that's the whole point of CVT. Though it does kick when u floor, once the rpm stabilizes, the pull becomes constant. Then again when u let off the pedal and the car stops pulling, u again feel effect of acceleration seizing, then you realize the car was pulling hard and gaining speed.
As for acceleration, zara sa pedal dain to meter ghoom jata hai poora, LOTS and LOTS of lower rpm torque, start from stand sill kicks just like a manual car. City steermatic was sluggish in lower rpm response. Just that when its accelerating, you don't actually feel the thing gaining speed. That's the difference between conventional AT and CVT.
