I agree on safety features. But Navi is not a shashka. Atleast i use it. And plus point is you get rear cam in it which is very helpful.
Rear is only useful feature of navi
I'll prefer navi on any sound system. I don't like thumka type sound

Spec sheet of 1.6 Altis shows no SFI system, which is present in both 1.3 and 1.8.
It has there. SFI Dual VVTI in Altis 1.6 to 1.8
i hv also got info that booking of 1.6 Altis is starting in 1-2 weeks as said by @zuhaibafzal
As i mentioned earlier they are taking bookings for corporate customers already

No resale issue in ivtec. I see 90% oriel but it doesnt mean that ivtec has poor resale.

Why they decided against diesel? The same 1.4 diesel engine as sold in India can be a very good addition for buyers in our pathetic new car market.
The diesel that these new 1.4 engines consume is not imported in Pakistan...
1.4 diesel turbo is rated 26kpl ... this is just wowwwwwwww but IMC ditched it

diesel 1.4 d4d was launched in previous shape and also in new shape corolla in India but in Pakistan our diesel fuel doesn't meet the standard of this engine as our diesel standard is Euro 0......all over the world diesel is ULSD (ultra low sulphur diesel) or atleast euro 2 standard or above....this 1nd-tv diesel engine is 90hp & 190nm torque with 6 speed manual fuel average around 16-20kmp/L....its so much better than old crappy 1.3 Gli engine
its not local assembler fault its our Govt. fault not to bring clean diesel for new diesel engine....almost every Oil refinery is producing old diesel just to pocket more profits n some cuts for Govt to close their mouth
This does not make sense any more as indus toyota offers 2kd vigo and it runs on same diesel and if it works the 1.4 d4d corolla should work too.
Has any one booked GLI A/T from Toyota Capital Islamabad for January delivery...They have received Pay order from me at 24 sep 2014 and from that time they were saying to me that your car will be booked in a day or two for January month .Today they said to me that Toyota Indus didn't give GLI A/T units for january month to them and you should book your car for February month
You should have asked for PBO at the time of booking.
