There are many factors
Filer/Non filer, Registration Province, Car Variant, Who paid advance tax at the time of booking, agent's commision also varies a lot.

I think the biggest difference is how manipulative the agent is beside car variant !

As far as 1.8 is concerned it's a very good drive & it's only version which got new engine , rest of the engines are of 10th generation.
I also have 2012 cruise Tronic that's also a good drive.

Same thing happened to me. While booking Altis 1.6 they just gave me a receipt. when asked for PBO, they told me to get it after some days. I had to visit 2-3 times alongwith complaining to indus motors to finally get the PBO. It was later disclosed that they were out of allocation for the month.

one day earlier they told me to bring PO tommorow....
Nest day they told me booking is closed and we will book ur car on monday...

Why are you spending 10k for agent fee.. There are only three windows, all you need to do is go to the first window and ask him which window need to go next and if you want to save your time then ask your friend to stand in a Bank Que . it wont take more then half an hour to do all your documentation except depositing money in a bank because there is only one bank window and every body need to deposit their challan weather it is new registration fee or tokken fee or some fine or something else here in Islamabad excise office

I live in Peshawar and probably it will cost me 10k to go there and do it myself plus a day wasted(which I cant afford). Do you think it will be possible to ask any toyota dealer in Islamabad to do it?

Yeah they told me to wait but i said i dont wana wait get my car insured and instal tracker in a day its already been 5 days that the car is at dealership got my car insured and installed tracker yesterday and got delivery at 6:pm
I have only 1 picture because mere mobile camera ne kal dhoka dedya
Central motor wale will take your picture with the car for their records i have that picture only for now

My Car arrived yesterday from IMC through the trailer, PDI is done today - insurance/tracker not installed yet. - Hopefully in the mid of next week will pick the ride.
