I drove 11th Gen Corolla today for almost 300km. Frankly speaking, i didn't like it all. Awkward engine sound just like you are driving a dala (pick up).

I think simple wale. .. actually I went to check the market yesterday and found these simple steelmate 838 was only ok. May be it's better not to install keyless.

And what about this one.. Actual keyless handfree system..go near the car, the car will unlock automatically , sit on driving seat, press the push button, engine starts and there you go while this key is still in your pocket .. ..

They say it only last for couple of months. Their vibration stop working with small fall or even with a sweat the screen stop working. They can't be repaired. I am talking about steelmate 898G. .. I am not the expert but that's the impression I got it even from the one who had steelmate 898G models on their shops.

First it is not the steelmate.. 2nd it comes with two year warranty from where i bought it .. 3rd it is not available on normal shops..4th it has no vibration feature, remote will make noise if somebody will try to have chit chat with your car.. its build is much similar to civic mobilizer key and feels too strong.. you can wrap a leather around its remote if you want to have more protection and concerns of its falling and breakage.

it comes with two remote still if both remotes will be destroyed, i can buy new remote from a source costing me 1 to 2k and i can program it according to my car system now.

Currently i own a 7th gen civic oriel, i maintain it through honda 3s. they pour in 10w 30 perhaps. But once i visited toyota islamabad, i inquired them regarding engine oil (as here on pakwheels i learnt that IMC has only 20w 50). They applauded and said there is no other engine oil option available with them.

So having all said, i m planning to get a manual gli secondly i always keep a car 3s maintained so how would on this earth i be able to maintain that from them and getting poured that 20w 50. That is so thick and that too in a brand new engine. Here on pakwheels, one of a members quoted that some of toyota dealerships do have 10w 30 tin packed imported one. So does pouring that would void warranty relevant to engine and parts? And which dealerships in islamabad does have that?? Because toyota islamabad does not have.

visit toyota GT. They have the genuine toyota full syenthetic oil available. It's recently been introduced. The 20w50 is by name of petron in red label. The new one is something like Tenzam in blue label. It's 5w40! otherwise go with ZIC or Shell ultra. rest schedule maintenance with 3S. Thats what i do.
