Dear bro, I totally agree with you. I guess you either possess Altis 1.8 CVTI (Non grande) or Altis 1.8 MT (Non grande). I am also planning to book Altis 1.8 CVTI (Non Grande) as it comes with SRS airbag plus automatic transmission both, which are my top most priorities in car. Rest the additional features offered by Grande, like sunroof, height adjusting seat, extra reading lamps, paddle shifter etc are not that much significant in my sight.

Sorry to make you read such a long reply but can you share mileage details plus any other major or minor issues in your car so far?

Bro go for grande there are many things which are missing in 1.8cvti altis.

Go for the non-Grande version, like I did, with the money saved you can use it on the car for other goodies. No major issues, only a minor one when I went to get delivery of the car, was the misaligned tail lights, which I got fixed before taking the car. Other than that, the 1.8 engine is great, fun to drive. Have only driven the car 300km so far so will wait a little while to get a true mileage reading. What color are you thinking of?

Today I went to Toyota Capital for 1st free inspection. Meter reading is 850 KMs and it was the 45th day since I took the delivery. They checked all the fluid levels and tightened the nuts.
I also got wheel alignment for free. The service guy was telling that immobilizer is coming soon in grande.

Not just immobilizer they should give climate control, Thai alloys 17 size and projector front lights.
On second thoughts a TRD sports model can also be a great addition having TRD suspension and alloys with TRD genuine body kit for further enhancing driving pleasure for drivers like me. .

If only..climate control and some other basics that is seen in overseas corolla variants will be "rushed" by indus motors when the redesigned 2017 Honda civic arrives.
