I bought an XLi in 2009 (last gen.) kept it on the Euro Stars till 50,000 km and then changed to CC5s.
I must say that the driving experience absolutely changed after the tire change, especially braking! which is legendary poor in XLi anyway and Euros were skidding as low as 40km/h.
The CC5s were noiseless, had better grip and braking improved considerably. The Euros are a tough tire no doubt, they will last, but that's all they are!
The Euros on my Aspire are swelling like anything and they were bubbling from day-one, and in the recent rains the ABS is working triple over-time every time I braked, hoping to have them changed soon.
So although had similar opinion as @autophile but my opinion has changed over-time regarding Euros, they are tough economical tyres but I wouldn't count on them when it comes to comfort and safety.
So have them CHANGED! for the best value for them ASAP!
