Well Auto VS Manual...Wo Kehte hain na...Insaan Kisi Haal Mein Khush Nahin Rehta...Because Jo Apne Paas Na Ho...Usi ke liye Dil Machalta Hai...This is a Natural Thing!!!

But I got a Manual Grande!!!

But in the end I will say Auto is always Better as it completes the car...Without Auto Transmission A Car seems Incomplete...This is just what I want to Declare!!!

But Manual also is A Charm To Drive and Yes it is less Boring than an Auto...Lolzzz!!!

Dear Experts, I want to add complete Chrome Grill in my Altis 1.6, like that in Altis 1.8 category. When asked, dealership quoted me 10K for the same including labour charges. Would appreciate if some one could quote rates of the same from other dealerships, preferably within Karachi. Thanks & regards.

Sir, Need to know one thing. Orthodox Manual cars (1000 cc & above) have reverse gear behind the 5th gear, but now a days, 1600 cc & above cars come with reverse gear being adjacent to first gear. Doesn't it seem difficult at first to engage in reverse gear during initial days of use?

These cars have six gears. Old Altis 1.6 and current 1.8 manuals are six speed. For reverse you have to lift the knob a bit

Sir, it depends on where you live. If you live in a small city with continuous moving traffic and small traffic jams, you would likely go for a Manual car. Cities like Hyderabad and Nawabshah. On the other hand, if you live in Islamabad and especially on the end closer to Rawalpindi, and you have to travel on Peshawar road or Express highway daily, you face continuous jams on every other intersection. And traffic is hell at peak hours. Frankly speaking there are no peak hours; it is always flooded with cars. The 6 pm traffic rush is extremely annoying. Every time one goes to the market there are innumerable number of cars on the road. People who travel in such conditions would choose an auto over manual any day, every time. It also depends on whether you travel mostly in City or on the highway. Yes, on a highway a manual keeps one awake and entertained, allot less boring than an auto.

Agreed with Adeel Mushtaq on the traffic conditions of ISB/ RWP esp. for people commuting daily. I had a manual reborn and have recently bought a grande cvti - rightly said auto tranny is a charm through all the traffic and though the paddle shifters do not replicate the pleasure of a manual tranny but it sure is a pleasure to drive.
My own views, but having my first auto car - will go for it in future as well.

You can get it from local shop about 1500-2500. You'll get only 4 bar and have to paste with 3m tape.

Once i have discussed the issue that i got 11th Gen corolla GLI manual and was facing the problem of wobling. I went to toyota GT motors and discussed the whole issue with them one of the guy seated on driver seat and asked me to come along with him for test drive. i told him that see car is just jumping on speed on 30 and 40 also he said to me that this is bcoz of road is bumpy. i asked him to go on motorway and took car upto 120 km and there was lots of vibration in car we came back and the took for wheel balancing and found one on the RIM was bent and it got replaced after the completion of balancing we went for try again on motorway and vibration in car was finished but on speed of 30 and 40 there was jumps in car. he said that it is bcoz of jumps in road. i m not satisfied with this statement of him. and came back not paying a single peny to them. yesterday i was going to bahria town with my family and on slow speed of 30 and 40 i felt the same jumps in the car and got much worried about it bcoz i have paid a lot of money but not satisfied with the performance. I have drove my car on 1770 km yet. the guy at GT motors was saying get your tyres checked from their dealer in I-10 General tyre company. I have the same tyres which came with Zero meter Car (EuroStar). Please brothers help me out. if any of you who is in Rawalpindi can drive my car on weekend to rectify the problem for me i shall be very thank full to you all.:(:(:(

Asalam u alikum
I booked my corolla from Toyota Islamabad Motors and gave the remaining amount on 20th Oct something. At that time they told us that you'll get the delivery in mid November but today when I contacted the showroom they tell me that the vehicle has still not been dispatched from Karachi. Once it's dispatched it'll take another 7 days to arrive to the showroom.
Are they delaying the delivery or is it normal ?
And if I contact Toyota Indus directly will they tell me the delivery date ?
