Seems to be tires balancing or alignment issue...

Usman bhai, car doesn't vibrate much except the front passenger seat. Can this happen because of imbalanced/misaligned tyres?

first of all, never ever try to go above limits , bro driving 180 kmph and that too on pak abused roads and crappy euro tires can result negative Allah bachaye,
btw your car is new let it cross 5000km mark and then drive it to limits but car that is less then 1k on odo should never be drove above 100kmph,

Yes bhai, I am a calm driver. Drove Altis 1.6 till 180 KM/hr today only to see if front seat vibration was more or less. Thank you for the advice but can you help me find a solution to this front passenger seat vibration issue please?

Thats wrong.
My gli auto at 100km\h it is little bellow 3rpm and at 120 km\h it is at 3.1 or 3.2 not above that. Checked it multiple times.

No it isn't. I'm talking about Manual. Secondly I check the meter almost every time. At 100 km/h it is at 3k & at 120 km/h it is at 3.5k.

I have also felt front passenger seat vibration after 160 kms. Could be due to slight balancing issue in any of tires. Nothing to worry otherwise.

Sometime my Mehran's front passenger seat also vibrates after 120 kms/hrs. I am not concerned at all as I have driven it so much on motorway this year in March and April.

Get the wheels balanced and then check.

It does not bother me as I do not drive at 160 km/h everyday.

Manual GLi has different gear ratios. My AT's RPM@120km/h is 3k whereas drove a friend's MT its RPM@100km/h was 3k.

Should'nt it be otherway around 4 gear vs 5 gear ? On 120km/hr if rpm is 3k rpm then its mean lower load on engine and more mileage compared to manual ?

I guess yes. Here's a pic when the car clocked its initial 1000 km on the Motorway, 5 people on board, AC on 90% of the time and trunk stuffed with luggage.

Lol, the gear was 5th. Manual and auto have different rpm.

Gear ratios are different in manual and automatic transmission boxes

I remember while using bicycle with gears in childhood, when high gear was selected, the bicycle used to travel more in one pedal rotation as compared to low gear. Also more force was needed to move the bicycle in higher gear.
I guess this is the reason that auto is a bit sluggish as compared to it's manual counterpart. Because gear ratio is higher and more force is needed by engine to move it. Hence reducing fuel economy and acceleration as compared to manual.

This is a little theory which I just made, may be right or wrong......

protest how? in my mind the only way to protest is to stop buying their cars until or unless they improve the quality of their products according to international standards and reduce their 200% profit margins.
Which i am sure you and others are not going to do it, on 10th generation civic thread people are drooling on new civic as if we are going to get the exact same car in terms of quality. everybody know the fate of that car quality wise and spec wise. Honda is going to rip it off or else they will give you the sky high price, Which you will be obliged to pay.
Everybody is dying to pay 25-27 lacs for that car.
Who is going to say "No", Sorry i am not going to pay such an insane price.
Even people are ready to buy 10th generation civic with current R18 engine. They just want new "DABBA" to show off.
No offence to anyone, just expressed my view points.

Is there any option of Over Drive (OD) in Altis 1.6? I used to drive a JDM Suzuki Kei in which OD option was available?
