The most depressing moment when you take a lot of care of your ride but a stupid driver finds a way to mess with it.
Few days back I was stuck in traffic jam and suddenly felt a huge jerk and when I stepped out, apparently a sensible looking man had struck my car from behind so hard that my car's bumper was pressed inside which later came outside but left a mark.
When I asked that what he did? Instead of admitting his mistake he said that "aap ki gari peechay hui thi". My car wasn't moving and even if it was moving I had to engage reverse gear and press the accelerator for such impact.
I knew nothing gonna happen, it is just like banging your head against the wall.......
Car is insured but I don't think that such damage would be covered in insurance.
I'm thinking to get a sticker but a friend of mine said that sticker would be hard to remove and it'll further damage the paint job and it'll remove a mark there.
What should be done to minimize its appearance? Where can I get a good quality sticker that won't damage the paint job?
PS: I know that many of you will say that such things are normal, ignore it. I agree to this statement and I also know that bumpers are not included in deciding the genuineness of the car but the thing which pinches me is that this mark is killing the whole look of the car. I may have ignored it if this was any non prominent place of the car but this is hard to go unnoticed......[emoji20]
