the starting price for good branded, brand new decent rims without complex design of 185mm or similar width is 2000-2500 per inch (of diameter) depending on brand.
Add around 5000rs for every 10mm increase in the width depending on brand.
Add around 10-40% of the base value calculated using above method for a fancy design, chrome color, features, high quality material etc....
Using this formula, here is an example:
17inch rims with 225mm width and a medium level fancy design/feature from a reputed brand:
17X2500rs = 42,500
[(225-185)/10]X5000= 20,000
25% of (42500+20000)= 15,625
total price of good brand rims of 17inch = 42,500+20,000+15,626 = rs 78,125 approximately
