Thanks for the words of appreciation. Whilst chrome began to disappear towards the late 60s on American cars, there were still some important styling cues which were done up in chrome, such as the bumpers, trim fittings, and decals/logos. What we've tried to do is capture those styling cues, and add some more period touches. I'm just glad the result is turning out right.

A Quick Update

Tomorrow, we get to drive the beast for the first time. The engine, the suspension, the brakes, the exhaust, the cooling system...in short, all of the mechanicals and electricals are going to be put to test tomorrow. Let's see if the vehicle performs as decently as it looks!
