Found a denter who seems to be good plus Star2 (mustafeed bhai)member here has had work done from him before and has good experience.

He has divided the work in 2 parts. First is flooring and floor frame. Second is rest of body and paint.

He has asked me to bring the car in on 30th of this month as he has no time before that.

Getting alignment done from a guy who does it for trucks. Why? I had it done from 3 different places but it never worked for me. My mechanic recommended this so let's see.

Still going a bit towards right but better than before. Had to reach office so didn't go back to have it checked yet but hopefully it will be sorted.

Watto Motors on PECO road was a place for alignment and wheel balance, but now the old pathan doing it has retired and his son has taken over doing a pathetic job. They are fooling customer with a computer but that is without any sensors, if you challange then the owner will try to talk you out with gimmick that alignment is best done manually.

so now i turn back to my old alignment place in PIA colony/johar town, operated by Sohail Bhai, 0321 4343836

having more than 20 years experience, maybe he could be helpful, not very expensive either.

P.S. i switched to Watto Motors as it is difficult to find Sohail Bhai at times, he has many other interests as well.

Thank you very much for the input. They guy i went to charged 200 which is great and he seemed to know what he was doing. Since I have a power steering installed, it is difficult to align it properly. Will go to him again to have the alignment corrected.

I think, the real wheel alignment walas are different than the conventional front wheel alignment walas. @Xulfiqar mentioned once that rear wheel alignment is best done by commercial vehicles/large vehicles alingment walas if i remember correctly. Maybe some good alignment walas would be there near badami bagh or surroundings.

I have never had rear wheel alignment done. I know 1 place in Chuburji who actually uses the computer for alignment. Had it done from him for my city.

Cars with independent rear suspension require rear wheel alignment and have options to adjust rear suspension.
Corolla don't have such option.

Sohail Bhai used to do rear wheel alignment for my Baleno 1.6 once in 6 months.

no, i think you misunderstood me. by rear wheel alignment I mean to say alignment of car with rear wheel drive shaft. Mark 2's rear suspension is not independent i guess. There is a tube, so both sides work together.

Getting an oil change. Which oil should I get? Delo gold was recommended. Does it have grades as well like for petrol engines? 20W50 etc?
