This is the same fuel tank I have in my 72 MarkII and with stock engine I get anywhere from 250-320 miles with the full tank of gas. Therefore if I get 200+ miles with 2jzgte I’ll be more then happy. This is not a daily driver or even a weekend car for me.

@oracles...I am big fan of Mark-II and used to have a 1974...Your car seems to be in an amazing and fully restored condition...If I am not mistaken the engine 2JZ-GTE is a 3.0L, twin turbo charged from Supra having an output of 280+hp...can you confirm the tranny u r using with this engine?...is it auto or manual? and how many gears?

If u dont mind can i take a look at your car sometimes when its ready? i am also in Karachi.

Well chasse has been upgraded to handle the power this engine will generate.
And as I said in my previous posts this will have airbags, and all new bushing front and back along with beefier brakes.

I am still debating weather to keep the side stripes.

Whos doing the brake job and what is his experience in designing serious brakes in a disc/drum setup car.needs

this car needs complete rebuilt on brake design. and car needs to be lowered on coilovers same wheelbase and ground clearance of supra for brakes to work effectively.

pay special attention to P valve and vaccum valves in brakes. use performance lines.

tires need to be wide

Well i was delaying my project before but i came across this car which i had been searching for long so i could not resist, Well had been following your build closely and it surly helped and guided me in a LOT of ways and gave me new ideas for my Own build, I must say you have really not let any lose corner go and this is exactly my plan too, I hope i can do that cuz we have some limitations in Pakistan .

Brake/suspension job will be done by a local shop that builds muscle cars capable of producing 800+ hp therefore its safe to assume that stopping this car wouldnt be an issue.

Rests of the suggestions have already been discussed in previous posts.
As I said before this car is not being built to race/drag...
My goal for this car is to have a one off weekend cruiser.

Oraclesssssss pleaseeeeee gift me this car!
I tried looking for a 77 Celica here and wanted to throw in a 2jz but haven't found a single decent Celica here. There are a few but the owners' are asking over 200k for a completely wrecked body!

Just dropped off the car to have the entire interior/trunk redone in leather and as it turns out suspension shop is right next door to these guys so suspension and interior will be done at the same time I guess.
