Yes, you can park your car where the arrow is poiting in the picture u edited. Plus, this space below in picture is also available for parking, n this is the same pvt road about 10-15 feet below from the arrow in your edited pic.

You said that the water tank needs to be cleaned. that is not a problem but I will appreciate if you can tell me whether the water is coming from somewhere and the bills will be paid in the end of the month OR you should bring th water and pour it in water tank

Yes, the water comes from Municipal authority. The connections are installed, however, since we never lived there for over 6 years, you would have to request the municipal commitee to turn on the supply, and than pay regular bills as normal.

We have sold two flats out of these. however the full independent unit consisting of 4 flats (2 double rooms and 2 single rooms, with attached bath and kitchen) are still up for sale. I was in Murree very recently to clear all the documents, property tax, service charges of TMA etc and have obtained all required NOC for the transfer of registery etc.
