even the suzuki/toyota monogram/logo is placed very similary in the corolla in interior pasenger side

My views,

PS might introduce 1000cc varient of suzuki swift, by replacing cultus, as on a current swift assembly line they only need to change the engine.
OR
They carry on with the same 1300cc with some little modification in specs like rimz, powerwindows and it might be lesser then the current swift in price.
OR
In 1000cc variant thay introduce suzuki Alto by replacing the cultus (Which i suppose not).

Lets see whats in their minds. Above are my views.

I think I have been vindicated. The one who was questioning my source himself posted the new thread about the low spec edition. Prior to that I was sermonised not to spread rumours. Time is a great leveller, I must say.

You gave the answer yourself in another thread SWIFT DX for 989,000. Add 11000 for frieght and it will be the exact price I quoted months ago. As for Auto version, lets wait.

Good news for those planning to buy a Suzuki Swift. In a few months from now (March 2011), Swift shall be available with automatic transmission and sunroof, priced at around 1140,000. There will also be a down-spec edition which will have nothing powered, no alloy rims, price will around 9 lacs.
