This seems to be a high quality copy of scorpion helmet and seems not to be suzuki branded! theres fake-ish suzuki loga and a sticker on its back...
The brand is scorpion and the price of a real scorpion helmet is not going to be less than 20,000 Rs in any case.. thats what my experience says

i just checked the prices on authentic stores and it does seems to be a copy for sure ... better to get studds in this range ..

I think SUZUKI cant sell copy of any brand at their showroom. Helmet was very solid and available in two colors . One is blue and other is pearl off-white.

As per the website you have quoted even then, these korean copy/original ones cost:
99.95$ x 105.61 = 10555Rs for the plain coloured one
109.95 x 105.61 = 11611Rs discluding tax

Whereas real scorpions that i know:

200+ Dollars for painted ones...

I did not purchase it .. I just saw at part center and asked him to check the helmet. took the pics as its seems a very good helmet. they have two colors one is blue and other is pearl silver. Guy told me price 8100 for blue and 9100 for pearl but i think he is not assured too.
Wish to purchase it as its very comfortable .

but jo bhi ho it would be better than GS150
Gull bhai owns GS150 Euro 2 & He has checked Fuel Average
GS Gives 40,41km/lt if driven @ slower decent speed & if Driven at higher speed than 30,32km/lt
