1st off, I do not mind you disagree with me, if i am wrong i would like someone to correct me and I will do the same. So feel free to disagree, no harm in it.

2ndly the Maxima in Question is the Us Spec which is imported to Dubai and not sold locally by the Nissan dealer. The one sold by the dealer is the older version and is sold for around 90k roughly not exact. And the Us-spec was imported and sold for 160k and I just found out that there is one available used and selling for 80k 2005. Since there is no availability from the local dealer importers charge you an arm an leg for it. Hence the 160k price.
3rdly yes maxima used to be a fast car, with bad brakes. Causing more crashes, hence the insurance premiums rising. Same with the Lumina SS they are only insured third party laibility. How do I know I had both of the them.

salarzae sorry brova but ova here i got a bit dis agremment.....accord starts wid.65K where as camry starts wid 64K n maxima starts ova wid 59k ndis price is what em tellin u 4 last decemeber salarzae.....yaar....we did chck out dese cars n dese pprices last decemba when i was lookin 2 buy a car bought accord.....n dese....r company prices..

The prices r dependent on Euro in UAE, except for american cars. The X-rate fluctuation have caused havoc on prices. I bought my car one month ago 'n was looking 4 car since 3~4 months. The prices r changed dramatically, now honda city costs 45k, da very basic honda accord is 65k but u can't live with basic. if u r spending this much than better go with li'l more, hence u have to spend upto 89k, thats what I preffered. Maxima is more than what u said, price of altima starts somewhere 70k+/-.. not sure.. upto 90k. I think maxima is more.... Camry still starts with 63k but ends up higher than accord. Corolla's 'n Civic starts with 52k+ 'n ends up 60k, corolla li'l higher.

When I was looking for cars, I saw megane 'n was quite attracted to it but when I heard the price.. I swooned! it starts 60k+. Clio sport is better choice but starts 50k+. The only car I though was good for the sake of performance was Liana... but I dropped it 'cos its suzuki..... !

actually yaar there r 2 reasons why i also apologize
firstly cause some people dont like anyone saying them wrong aur phir jo unke muh mein ata hai keh dete hain.
secondly bhaai sach mein i am crazy bout cars but know lil about them.reason is that i am not into market of cars cause no time yaar.
so yes i do disagree lekin thora dekh bhal kar hope u understand me. anyhow and one more thing i also got lot knowledge from here. and as i am back in dubai and i have aplied for visa and as i get license i have decided to get a chevrolet lumina the sports one like u said ss so i would require some info then i will contact u ok. well thnx in advance for that. bi.

dear racerf1 thnx for ur appreciation. well racer just see the pic posted by salmanf1 i was talking about almost same interior the meter and steering.but not the tape and all on dash board but it was almost same. well thnx again racer.
