Car & Driver being American, im not surprised to find shite american cars on the list. Also i can't see the reason calling 2008's Best Cars, as 2008 has just only started.

Id go for TopGear's 2007 cars of the year, which includes:

Audi R8
Nissan GR-R
Ferrari 430 Scuderia
Mercedes C- Class
Nissan Qashqai
Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe
Mini Clubman
Jaguar XF
Fiat 500

those top gear people r jux crazy..the cars in their 2007 best car list r fr sure superb but they also must consider affordability..they simply put million dollar exotics in their list without thinkin anythin!!!

@kimosabe787: I agree with you, but the Fiat 500, Mini Clubman and Mercedes C-Class are affordable and made for the mass market.

Their 2007 cars were hand picked by themselves and not through a public opinion, hence the fine list of cars
