your car is 86k driven faulty spark plug cables can also cause misfire at full throttle, also clean the IAC valve that can also cause this, its related to throttle position sensor as well, if we can rule out other things i am very sure a faulty or loose ignition wire aka spark plug wire is causing this, check coil packs as well
