A bit of MIA, this past weekend was a long weekend and a friend visited from New Jersey and he wanted to do some DIYs to his Mustang, so us boys spent most of the weekend doing/fixing things on his car. Although the weather was a bit crazy, we had rain on Friday and Saturday (temperatures were low 50s/high 40s f - close to 8 degree celsius) but we still went at it. My M was put on the backburner haha. Could not take a lot of photos because we tackled most of it at night in the dark.
It's a 2015 Mustang V6 base model, with minor mods i.e. exhaust, X pipe, rear louver, etc.
So the plan was to clean the car, change the brakes pads and rotors, and paint the calipers (not a good idea though when temps are down in the 40s).
Quick clean up with a bit of foam cannon action, he vacuum and cleaned the interior, etc.
I could not take any photos because it was way too dark and we were working with a bunch of flashlights Lol
This is where the action began
All done with one side
This is the next day after bedding the new brakes, we got done around 5am, so it was a good time to bed the new brakes with no traffic.
It's currently running 18" wheels and we were able to find a good deal on Mustang OEM 19" set with somewhat shot tires, and we couldn't find tires, so just a bit of photo action to see how they'd look.
It's a wrap - I'll get started with the M later today insha'Allah.
