One of my friend (from Islamabad) here is looking for a car. Went with him to a local dealer and looked at this 2012 Corolla S (with 5700 miles on odo) certified by Toyota with 5 year/50K extended warranty. Priced at $16500 but we are near closing a deal for 14.3K. Took some pictures for pakwheelers. Quality of the car is many times better then Indus corolla. The car comes with 6 airbags standerd. Tire size 215/45/R17 factory alloys.. The car comes with bluetooth and the stereo can read text messages for you as well.

^ to your question. Why there is no Acura in UK or JDM imports? Also you will never see a bmw, audi, acura, mercedes without a moonroof and leather interior here in US while you have these brands without moonroof and withour leather seats everywhere in the world.. same is the answer to your question.. :)

Price is almost equal keeping in mind it is equivalent, rather than much better, to local Altis then why Indus is crying here .......

the update is that car is bought @ $14200 ( +8.875% state tax+350 registration fee) . we gave a very tough time to dealer. We left the dealership but he called us after 5 minutes letting us know. he is agreed. Its winter time and cars sales are slow in wanters so he just wanted to get rid of it. Car will be delivered fully detailed/ oil and filter chnaged and service performed. :)
