I checked the user manual for deciding the oil, recommended one is 5w30, 20w50 is the lowest one, so bye bye "Caampany Maintenance", I will maintain this car on my own now, to hell with the warranty.

did you calculate door to door fuel average of motorway and city driving ... ??

I think with 1-2 person and 110 kph sustained .. one can manage 15-16 kpl on motorway

I found it better to drive in these modes rather than flooring the pedal, I maintained a decent speed with not much pressure on the throttle

I think with 1-2 person and 110 kph sustained .. one can manage 15-16 kpl on motorway

could not do that because of this stupid petrol shortage, we refuelled the car with whatever amount was possible at each service area, got fuel of 1000 at the first station while coming back, on the next fuel wasn't available, then on Bhera only of 500 rupees, then at next station too much traffic and finally at Chakri got fuel of 1000, the fuel needle is a little behind the F mark.

U can use that toyota oil in tin packing and made in japan and i think it is 10 w 40 dont remember exactly but if u use some other oil it doesnt void waranty take the oil can which ever u want just use recomended grade n get it changed from 3s and maintain a log book

the man at the dealership said that they have 20w50 only and if I use any other oil it will void the warranty, God knows what was he smoking.

Will get Liqui Moly 5w30, the oil which I use in my Prius, in the next few days In Shaa Allah.

Ahmed bhai I checked the car's RPM at 140 km/h, it was exactly 3.5k, same as when the car is empty while mine was running on full load on stock EuroStar tires, In Shaa Allah she will be getting Pirellis in two weeks, probably with OEM Altis rims

I drive with a very heavy foot
The fuel average of GLi AT is good enough as a family car, Altis 1.6 has better power to weight ratio that's why it is giving you 12 km/l.
