I am not sure about when It will be launched in Pakistan but looking at history seems may be another 18 months. The price is not released here in US for 2014 corolla but it will almost be same.

Lets see when Toyota Pakistan releases this car and how much they trim the features.
But the main concern is engine. If they put 1300cc engine in this huge car then surely the car would be very very underpowered and Honda City will continue to eat it but if they release it with a bigger engine, then Honda City will be undisputed king of 1300cc segment of Pakistan. 1300cc is the main category where Toyota Pakistan earns profit. I guess they would be in dilemma now because I don't think they would launch any other car in 1300cc.
