Make your careem stop you at the showroom once in 2 days atleast.

Werna they will treat your car as lawaris. Else take a mobile phone number from anyone in the body shop/Workshop who would keep you updated. (for the smallest denting / Painting job it takes roughly 3 days.

1 Repairing / Base work
2 Painting
3 Polishing

Yes, True my 5000 km service is coming up, was thinking to maintain it from Honda khair for atleat 10k kms.

But being very lazy, Plus it takes a full day to visit their and pickup the car the same day.

Yes I agree.

Somehow the overall drive is definitely better then the old city. Specially because of the transmission.

But on hi-speeds it's just not fun.

Guys I've yet to make 2nd payment for City Aspire Booking (about 32 lac PKR left to pay). Do you guys think Rupee is gonna depreciate more or will stabilize? I have to send money as remittance so I realized I'm paying about $1400 less if I send in the 32 lac amount now (when USD is at 202 PKR) compared to if I had remitted the amount with initial booking back in April (when USD was at 185 PKR rate).

I'm sure car makers are announcing price raises again in couples days so they'll probably raise prices by 150k-250k anyway to make up for the FX difference now but I'm trying to figure out what is an optimal time to pay the final booknig amount.

My salesperson asked me to pay remaining by 30 May but they also told me that they've handed over cars to people even 4 days before car delivery so they seemed pretty relaxed about the final payment. The PBO/booking order says the agreement is null and void if full payment is not paid 60 days before delivery though which would be June 30 for me as my Tentative delivery date is marked as 30 Aug.

Check ur dealership and salesperson, some dealerships r giving aspire and brv on priority basis in June even if one book in may. If u make a good deal first that u pay full now and push them to deliver in June. This way u might skip next price hike. That probably work. Just a suggestion.

I'm going to try that route. I wont be in Pakistan in June so its another pickle and any delay in taking delivery definitely means paying for another price hike. Need to figure this out. I think if a family member takes delivery on my behalf then some kinda affidavit/stamp paper is needed. I'm gonna check if that's possible.

If payment is done and invoice is made you don't need to worry where ever your car is.

Another gentleman has already mentioned. If u get ur car delivered normaly along with ur invoice then u wont have to pay price hike. After delivery u might have 2 options. Someone can receive on ur behalf with some authority letter (i suppose email is also official) or u just dont get delivery and let the car at dealership. I received one of my cars after 1 month of delivery at dealership as i was out of country.

Can any of you guys with new city confirm if these bulb types are correct for buying replacement bulbs?

Someone shared the user manual pdf with me earlier here but I’m not sure if this is for previous city model or current one.

There is option for car delivery at home on major cities. They will put your car on a truck with ballons etc and deliver at your door step with extra charges. You can try that if you aren’t available at home and no one can go to pick that up
