Honda Japan has decided to discontinue Civic sedan and grace hybrid in the country. Meaning there won't be a 7th gen grace.
A Hybrid city seems a little difficult now.

I think it's been established that GN1 isn't coming to Pakistan. We're getting GM6 (probably because of price concerns, as even in India, GM6 and GN1 will be sold side by side because of the considerable price difference).

GM6 only came with a 1.5 petrol engine so it would be interesting to see two things:
1. Will Honda Atlas drop the 1.3 completely and let Yaris occupy that segment?
2. Will new city use the current city's 1.5 L15A to save costs or the newer L15Z(from BR-V)

No.. Only the stock which is left will be sold.

My guess is, Atlas will drop 1.3 and have 1.5 engine (from BRV)

GM6 shares other parts with BRV aswell like cluster, AC vents etc.

A few of the many such articles claiming they will be sold together. Nothing mentioned about left over stock.
It's important to note that just a few months ago, Honda made the GM6 city petrol BS-6 compliant. Why would they go through all the trouble of upgrading a car that would be replaced a few months later?
