On contact, Toyota GT Motors said that Corolla demand is far more than Yaris that's why.
Can you believe that automatic Yaris is just 1 month delivery and manual Yaris is READILY AVAILABLE WITHOUT ANY OWN.

May be yes. Not many like Yaris shape and go for Altis 1.6. It will change in coming years.
BUT sales numbers say Yaris is the 2nd highest in terms of sales. So don't know what's going on

yaris is a very good package , full of features and toyotas reliability on top. It was bound to sell well.

And Yaris isn't as reliable as a Corolla, far from it. (City will be less tougher than Yaris on the other hand, always have been more brittle than a Toyota).

He is actually lying, I have booked yaris recently and Walton Motors Lahore promised me to deliver it in the month of July, but then bank release pay order on 25th of June after a delay of 2 to 3 days and they refused to give me delivery in July quoting "Sir our quota for july delivery is full and in august you'll get your car by the mid of august" so I don't agree with you, the demand is there but toyota is trying to cash current situation before city hit the roads by giving early delivery and by increasing production

Just like when you give a salesperson hint of liking a particular product and he starts praising it. But if you leave that product and pick another, the salesperson will start praising your new pick

lol exactly, I do want to book City, my father also had Grace in the past, but the malpractice of Honda has convinced me to go for yaris

I wanted to sell my XLi to buy Yaris Gli because of its small size easiness of driving and features.
Toyota praises Yaris and tries to steer customers away from Corolla.
