Paddle shifters in yaris 1.3

Most cars from Honda and Toyota in Pakistan have paddle shifters as bolt-ons. Civic, Grande, Yaris and the 6th Gen City now. Its all about the ECU. ECUs aren't manufactured locally, they are imported. If they are Thai, US, Japanese or Malaysian, you can essentially use all the features they have in those countries. You just need the additional stuff, like the imported steering wheel, MID etc.

i personally think that installing paddle shifters in yaris is ridiculous as it already has the manual option in the gear.....its totally useless investment.

Adding paddle-shifters on a CVT transmission, well its useless other than the feeling the car tries to give using fake shifts.

It depends on personal preference I guess. Some people like the feeling of "changing gear" in a CVT

I think ab tou Invoice July ki hee banay gee tou wohi tax rate lagoo hoga jo July ka hay.
Common practice yeh hay kay Price Increase lagoo nahi hoti agar booking mein Full Payment ho chuki ho, But Tax change tou milti hay company ko wohi invoice pay hogee. I think on every invoice now of Yaris top Variant expect to get around 71000-72000 tax benefit for July Invoices. Congratz

Note: Slight difference can be there since I back calculated from the 3 Million amount that already has 5% FED and then 17% Sales Tax.

In some cases I have seen some cars having better acceleration times on their cvt manual modes compared to the usual cvt constant rpm mode. Probably cause of manufacturer tuning the cvt regular mode to not use the lowest gear ratio possible, but allowing that in the gear shifting mode.

I'm quite sure no price reduction will happen as manufacturers will collude as usual and claim increasing dollar as the reason of not decreasing prices. Even with lower than 1000cc cars which got a respectable tax decrease, only price reduction news is coming from blogs, no manufacturer has officially announced a price decrease yet and it seems like they are avoiding it for as long as possible.

There is another issue of huge outcry by previous buyers having bought at higher prices, which our local "super accommodating" manufacturers wanna avoid as usual.

I think no notification has been issued so far for cars above 1000cc and may be it is just a proposal for now...
