I bet you havent driven xli/gli and hence dont know what "underpowered" actually feels like. City 1.3 still has more HP producing engine than yaris 1.3. Check your facts before shilling

Easy there, bro! I have driven them both. XLi GLi had the exact flaw this new 1.2L configuration has! A small engine in a bigger body! Plus they also have reduced the compression ratio to 10.1 vs 10.4 in the 1.5L variant! This 88Hp engine with a CVT will be an even bigger disaster than your XLi/GLi!!!!!

As if it will make a very huge difference in the fuel economy. Lower CR usuall allows for better low end torque tuning. And no, nothing can be a bigger disaster than the "waddi gaddi" of pakistan

good features also there. torque and hp figures are better than Yasir. the best thing is that Atlas is launching old model so we can expect none or atleast less manufacturing faults unlike civic

Bro here are quick facts for you:
1) Honda City 1.3L had to handle 9.02Kg for every Nm of torque
2) GLI carried 10.54kg
3) Yaris has to handle 9.23
and this 1.2L City assuming similar weight as its predecessor will be similar to XLI/GLI i.e. 10.5

1.2L City is the new XLI

Retractable mirrors = good
Cruise control = good. If there was no way to add it in Yaris. Hands down City will win. But I can get Japanese Cruise for 6k only.
Seat height is good.
Rear vents good but really AC works perfectly for others without it.
Engine good only for 1.5
1.2 do not have most of what you mentioned.
