I booked Aspire CVT but very disappointed at the pricing, had the 12th gen 1.6 Altis been closer to launch I would've sold the Aspire on own within a month of delivery.
Very confused atm what to do, always preferred City over Yaris, but not dumb at this price differnce. Advice needed

what I am really worried about now is Atlas Indus bhai bhai ban ke Yaris ko na 32 pe le jayin using City as excuse. I am now very worried that Yaris price is going to go up, and like City, Yaris is also not worth 32.

I don't think Toyota will do that. They don't need to. With the poor pricing by Atlas now Yaris will sell even more. And with the capacity Toyota has not increasing price is the best strategy for them. To me I think people at Indus are more sane than those at Atlas.

Peugeot 2008 will remain above STONIC as far as pricing. Lucky motors will market that as premium B segment small crossover being European, although its again an economy segment vehicle. STONIC will be on lower end of pricing.

Expect Stonic and Peugeot to fill price bracket from 3 to 4.2 Million. Peugot being on upper side.

On a serious note, where have you been hiding since the price reveal?
Aren't you the one who was pointing fingers at everyone who was predicting 3.2-3.3m price for aspire pre-budget and you were saying that what has not been revealed shouldn't be bashed.
Now why are you again getting annoyed with this price bashing when its actually revealed

Well tbh, I am equally taken aback by the prices. Price bashing is something else. Calling someone's car a piece of junk is just low, for anybody.

3.2 mil should not have been expected even before the tax cuts. As far as my sources at Honda go, this price for Aspire was supposed to be much lower. No idea what happened. Will let you know once I find out myself since many NDAs are lifted now.

And if you will remember, I did say, let the car launch, then we will discuss when we have a car in front of us. Wholeheartedly agree with the fact that pricing is just unfair and it should be around 150k lower for the Aspire variant
