Exactly and we all know that pricing a product competitively is as much important as your product as a whole is. Somehow or the other, consumers' outrageous buying behaviours over here in Pakistan in the recent past has made them believe so that they can launch Honda City within this price range

Unfortunately there are people out there who are willing to buy even at high price. My neighbor was interested in city and after price reveal I asked him and he said I will buy it even though he said its expensive than Yaris but I will still buy it (He owns 2021 Yaris Gli which he will sell for city and had 2018 city prior to that even though he called it phatta seat and suspension but still willing to buy new city having similar comfort but due to looks willing to sacrifice comfort).

In my view, the current king of unreasonable pricing is Suzuki WagonR AGS. I think they literally moved swift and cultus AGS higher to "create space" for the crazy price of WagonR AGS (18,90,000 before July that too with manual rear windows). No wonder it is such a rare sight compared to WagonR VXL manual and Cultus AGS.

Close second is today's old City launch.

Lets see, I am expecting new Swift to become the new champion of unreasonable price. Expecting to see 2.5-2.6 million if they launch non-hybrid, maybe 2.8 million if they bring hybrid.

I Have No Words, Totally insane prices. Now yaris has no competition. I dont feel city will get any own culture they destroyed themselves with insane prices.
1.2 Manual and 1.5 CVT Variants would be best one, I booked aspire 1.5 and iam regretting atm. Iam confused what to do next.

I m in same boat .. and i have same opinion. 1.5 cvt has more value to money. Booked aspire cvt. Just talked to honda avenue guy. He said you can convert from aspire to 1.5 base cvt but your booking and delivery dates will consider from now on.

First Cancel within one week to avoid 2% deduction from booked amount.
Then buy an Altis 1.6 or a Yaris if you want a new car.
You may also consider older Civic etc

I am sorry Honda but that was one of the worst launch ever. The camera team was the worst, the female presenters were the worst and even the Pakistani representatives of Honda needed a brochure to tell the people about the so called new city.
When they showed the car it wasn't shown properly neither did they bothered to atleast have a walk around view of the car.
Even DFSK did a better launch than Honda.

The product City looks promising though. As compared to the competitors in Pakistan. Prices are on higher side not be more than 30 for top of the line aspire
