Shorting the market is haram no matter what. Just because everyone else is doing it doesn't make it halal. It's one thing if some genuine buyer books a car and then due to some reason has to sell it in the market after delivery and sells on the market price, but investors shorting the market just to get some extra free profit for themselves is haram.

And yes property dealers shorting the market is haram also. Pretty funny how you had to bring up property dealers to defend own sellers, when property dealers are well known to be one of the most scummiest people around.

I always keep pressure on higher side. 32 ~33psi. It protect tyres from puncture and side wall demage due to cat eyes and potholes.

Unfortunately , the government has come back to help them mafia. They have increased FED from 5 percent to 10% , so naturally the investors can sell their current quota on own easily.

The used car market is responsible for all this 'own' bullcrap. When you go out in market to buy a used car , the price difference between a 4 year old car and the new car is so little that the buyer is inclined to buy a new car and when he turns to the dealership he is given a time frame of 4 to 6 months and in some cases a year but the car on premium/on is readily available.

There is so much greed in people selling their old vehicles , its ridiculous to say the least.

Softer the tyre and more the surface area, anything sharp may get penetrated easily. With right pressure in tyre, it bulge out less and maintained it shape.. still it cannot guarantee 100% about puncturing or demaging ur tires.. bad luck can stuck anywhere anytime

My friend got michilin xm2 for his altis. He is recommending me same. I checked on the review website and difference with cc6 is little.

Continental, Yokohama, michillin all a big reputed companies. Just make sure whichever tyres you get are from proper import and not the smuggled ones.

Tire selection purely depends on you our preference. Mine was low road noise and comfort, with decent handling. I don't expect much from City in terms of performance . CC6 suites me well.

I was using UC6 in my civic but unfortunately they aren't available in smaller 185 size..

In Passo I'm using Yokohama Bluearth GT AE51, and these are perfect match with car..

Normally Dunlop low budget tires are available in market, which are hard and noisy so, I avoid them. Btw in low budget Dunlop FM800 are good if u can find.

How does the city compare with your civic in terms of comfort, performance, build quality and handling?

Drive, handling, overall feel, civic has no comparison with city. Even fuel average feel like similar . Civic is too stable at high speeds and on motorway and personally I feel very relax while taking it on motorway..

Civic UG seats are stiff, too low which make it bit uncomfortable in long journey. So far I have driven City within city, as I feel it's seats provide better comfort.

Honestly city built and finish is better than civic. Even my cousin got his civic delivery 2 3 weeks back, but we find fit and finish better in city.. may be as city mostly uses hard plastic and it is easier to fix in it's place. Whereas civic has soft wedding in interior, his driver door top soft portion is not at place and has visible fitting issue.. sunroof railing and roof lining is not very neat.

City fit and finish is neat, engine bay, doors joints, back punch marks are fine in my car.. I feel slight vibration is plastic area below gear area, when ur left is touching that part. Overall sound proofing is better in city except it's horn.. wo asay lagta ha Kay cabin mein install kia howa ha car is stable, having driven it above 80km/h but so far feel ok. Took overhead ramp curves at 60km/h and car handling is fine.
