Good tires are very very import for the occupants and car suspension system but it is also important to check which profiles are compatible with the car. With raised height i think low profile tires will be more suitable.

CC6 may have other issues but durability is not one of them. I have driven my City and Fit on them for 40k plus km and they didn't have a single puncture or sidewall damage. And they had enough tread on them when I sold the car, that they could easily have gone another 10-15K km without issues.
Dry grip and noise were above avg but can't say much about wet grip.
Having said that, UC6 is better if you have a choice.

UC6 are love... But unfortunately not come below 205/65/15. I'm having them in my civic x and now in Elantra..

Civic x drive is little bit superior than Elantra but not a big difference.
Seat comfort, engine power and response Elantra is better. As a overall package Elantra offer much more features and value for money than Civic x.

What about cabin space can a 6 foot guy fit at the back? If you got a chance again will you still choose elantra?

got my delivery on 29-nov Alhamdulillah, first thing i did was installation of
new tyres from rashid & sons neela gumbad, anarkali LHR calcualtions as follow,
general euro star driven 150km taken for 6k/ tyre & bought conti cc6 (185/ 65/ R15) x4 13k/ tyre, diff paid: 28k

CC6 has better grip and traction than Advan db. The noise tradeoff is very little between the two and worth the extra grip. This is based on my personal experience of 8 years of Advans (two sets) and just over one year of CC6 on the same Corolla GLi. Also the first time I got advans I got 4 punctures in a single tyre in the very first week (probably a freak accident but still). CC6 have been operating for 14 months now, with at least two round trips between Islamabad and Lahore per month and at 13,000 km I havent had a single puncture yet. Don't get me wrong I absolutely loved Advans, the best tyre I had ever used which is why I went 8 years with them. But I am seriously impressed by the CC6 as well, and I was sick of the punctures that you get on old Advan tyres.

Yes, advans can get punctured.

For a balanced tire gt ae51 are amazing.

So continuing with my tyre hunt,
I have my heart and mind set at 195/60/r15

So far the only two options I have found are
Yokohama Blue Earth, but they are 2020 tyres
Or Nexen which are readily available in Faisal Town.

Someone mentioned Michelin Primacy 4, but then backed out.

I'm 6.2, room is similar to civic, but head rooms is bit less but acceptable. In this category, Corolla has best rare leg and headroom.
With current options in market, definitely I'll go for Elantra again consider value for money..

XI Gen Civic is now close to launch, now it's depends on Altas if they launch it for 55 lac or even 60lac.. so next year we have different market dynamics and Elantra sales will be dependent on price difference and delivery time.

Throttle body should be cleaned after 18k to 20k kms driven or it should never be cleaned??

Have you checked the owners manual about throttle cleaning? As far as I remember there is no such requirement whatsoever at any mileage. My City is at 65k and I did no such thing as it was not in the owner's manual.

As above not mentioned in the owners manual. However, if cleaned honda says this:

Clean off the carbon from the throttle valve and inside the throttle body with a paper towel soaked carburetor cleaner.
NOTE:
Always remove the throttle body to clean it.
Be careful not to pinch your fingers.
To avoid removing the molybdenum coating, do not clean the bearing area of the throttle shaft.
Do not spray carburetor cleaner directly on the throttle body.
